Rest in peace, classic marketing: In times in which the digital and economy spheres are merging unchecked into a new Digiconomy, the traditional marketing processes are no longer working as they used to. The progressing digitalization of our everyday lives has permanently changed the communication between companies and consumers. Linear processes are becoming more and more a thing of the past.
Now it is already clear: Marketing must change in the era of Digiconomy, because the customers and their requirements continue to develop substantially. At dmexco in Cologne on September 16 and 17, 2015, we will show interested decision makers from marketing, corporate management and IT how companies can most efficiently manage this task and bring their digital business to a new level.
We invite all of the visitors at the dmexco 2015 to hall 7 (booth A011 A014) to experience the next evolutionary step in digital marketing up close and personal. The Adobe partners Unic, eggs unimedia, T-Systems MMS and Track present forward-looking best cases and inspiring demonstration scenarios of the Adobe Marketing Cloud in different areas including Mobile, Customer Experience, Data-driven Marketing and Cross-Channel Marketing.
Experienced specialists from the Adobe team inform about the current innovations of the Adobe Marketing Cloud and are available for in-depth personal conversations at any time. Another highlight of our presence at this year’s dmexco: The future of commerce is directly brought to the booth on a gigantic Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) Screen and is at reach for all dmexco visitors with just a finger swipe.
Not just at the expo premises, but rather also during the dmexco Conference, identified Adobe experts offer a lot of inspiration and valuable marketing insight to support companies on their way into the Digiconomy. Thus, for example, during his Elevator Speech “Marketing beyond Marketing” (09/16, 1:50 PM, Congress Hall), Jean-Michel Pittet, Vice President of Engineering at Adobe Systems, will take a look at the new challenges of addressing consumers over all channels through all screens, which may no longer end at the doors of the company’s internal marketing department.
Karl Isaac, Head of Brand Strategy and Innovation at Adobe Systems, will discuss the requirements that result from this for the brand in the Marketer’s Suite under the title “What a Brand wants” (09/17, 2:00 PM, Debate Hall) with Jessica Federer, CDO of Bayer and Nick Brien, CEO of iCrossing.
In the practice-oriented dmexco seminar “Marketing in the Eye of the Tornado” (09/17, 1:00 PM, Seminar 7), I will explain how important it now is for companies to tackle the topic of digital transformation and be able to read the customer’s digital body language.
In the dmexco Agency Lounge, our partner Razorfish will also introduce their innovative Retail Experience, which is based on the Adobe Marketing Cloud. The new “Razorshop” brings service and data from the online world together with the shopping environment in the physical store and can be experienced for the first time live in action at the dmexco 2015.
